As most of our Garments are made to order + made by hand there is a small wait until you receive your order. We will ideally keep this below 2 Weeks (Including Delivery).

We will keep you updated at every key stage of making your garment so you can rest assured that its being worked on + it will soon be with you.

We make all our trousers to order and use your natural waist measurement to do so.

Not necessarily, we do recommend for the finer garments that they are dry cleaned. Anything knitted, fine wool or alike but we pick + test fabrics that can ultimately be worn each day with little maintenance or anything that upsets your current washing/drying schedule.

All our Made to Order Garments are made in our Studio in West London. Our home from home. Any Garments not made by ourselves will be made in very small batches here in the UK, Back home in Korea or sometimes Japan (extra special denim projects etc). More info will always be displayed on the product specific pages.

Transparency is very important to us.

A large selection of our items are made-to-order – on these items we do not offer a refund/exchange option.

It is essential that when measuring yourself or selecting a fabric/cut/shape/item that you are totally satisfied with your own choice.

We are more than happy to give assistance and guidance during the selection process to help you make your selection.

On items that we do not make to order (these will be specified) we can refund/exchange them.
